Seated Pilates is back – on Zoom! Join tutor Linda Perry in our online class starting next Tuesday, 9th June 2020, at 10am.
Seated Pilates is ideal for those with physical limitations and is gentle and easy to follow. It is designed to improve mobility, flexibility and strength and is delivered in a friendly and welcoming online environment.
