If you’re looking for work, a new job or new skills for a career change, we can support you. We have a long history of helping people like you to transform their lives by supporting them with job searching, skills for employment and qualifications.

Our programmes are designed to support people with complex lives and will provide one-to-one mentoring or careers clinics and support around barriers to work which might include health, finances and improving your skills. We aim to enable you to overcome challenges, enjoy learning, access training and education and gain employment.

You are eligible for support for up to three months as part of the Rise2Thrive project if you are economically inactive, which is any of the following:

claiming a health related benefit that means you don’t have to job search
not working, but not claiming benefits
retired but interested in going back to work
a full time student, coming to end of their course
returning to work after bringing up a family or being a full time care

We can also help you if you are in work but are experiencing challenges in the workplace and need support to thrive.

If you’re not eligible for Rise2Thrive but fall into one of the following groups we can still help you on a short term basis through careers clinics and events.

Working but looking for a new job
Unemployed
Considering a career change
Considering studying in order to change career
Facing redundancy
Looking to improve your English, maths and digital skills for work
Concerned about the impact of your health or personal circumstances on your employment

In both cases you must be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK.
