Today we’d like to tell you about something our dressmaking students have been doing to support the NHS during the pandemic… making scrubs! Students Sarah and Chris have shared these photos of their work with us.

Many of our students have joined up with “For the Love of Scrubs” and the Yorkshire Scrubs facebook group to cut and sew scrubs that will be used by hospitals in Yorkshire. So far, their tutor Kate reckons they’ve made around 35 sets, and they’re still going!

You can help… take a look at the group to see what’s going on, and keep an eye out for fundraising efforts to keep the sewing going.
